I haven't quite read a book with MMC like Killian with nearly every quality that'll have you thinking, why should we like this guy? Definitely won't go down as the swoon-worthy book boyfriend for many, but I quite enjoyed reading about Killian. The dynamics of this character were full of red flags, but here I am finding some likable qualities ;-) Stop being a pussy and write a normal rape scene for once, they're not supposed to enjoy it sksksksks. 😭 Don't admit me to a mental asylum just yet. OW kisses H. He has his lips closed as she tries to tongue him. OW Tells him to choke her 😑. The h turns to leave and the H says he’ll f the OW if she leaves. There are strong family and criminal connections and with that comes a fair amount of drama. When Glyndon's friend loses his life tragically, she's finds herself struggling with survivors guilt and her own personal demons. Enter one Killian Carson at just the right moment. Killian's been labeled a psychopath since childhood and for some reason has become fixated on Glyndon, much to her detriment. Lan said Bran doesn't like the smell of cigarettes and Niko smokes, so Nikolai will probably stop smoking cigarettes for him 😌 I won’t go into the triggers and all the bad things that Killian does, but to say that there are many. Because if you don’t like reading about this kind of guy, then you shouldn’t be reading Rina Kent books. She writes for those of us that like dark romance, bullies, and anti-hero’s and she makes no bones about it. I for one love them and I haven’t disliked a book of hers that I have read so far. I quite enjoy Rina's book and I don't have a ton of strong opinions about second-generation books, but here we are diving right in.

IT'S NIGHTMARE-INDUCING. i hope in god of pain remi loses consciousness or better yet has to have jaw surgery so he can't speak for the duration of that book. While REU (Royal Elite University) is posh, sophisticated, and reeks of old aristocratic money, The King’s U is all about new money, sharp stares, and threatening auras.”
