As a Solicitor-Advocate Terry assists Steven with some of SDK Law's more complex cases and is now able to appear in the High Court and Court of Appeal as well as the other higher courts without instructing a barrister.  His experience and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution and problem solving compliment the "hands-on" approach of SDK Law which means that the firm's clients receive the first class service which we aim to provide and which can make a real difference when problems arise.

History

After completing his legal education and passing his Bar examinations Terry was Called as barrister by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn (one of the 4 Inns of Court). He spent some time working with the Insolvency Service (central government department) in Brighton and in a set of chambers in the Temple, London on insolvency, professional negligence, commercial, employment and property litigation cases. Terry has gained experience of litigation through advocacy, working with barristers, solicitors and by sitting with different judges in the High Court and Crown Court as well as conducting advocacy for solicitors and financial institutions.
